Robert Half is excited to announce a Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients in the Medical Technology Industry in Weston, Florida. This role is predominantly on-site and requires a high level of proficiency in English. Working within the Medical industry, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, reviewing production processes, and using various digital tools to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:

• Create cases using our proprietary case management system.
• Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical protocol.
• Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D Anatomical Bone Models for Robotic Surgery.
• Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
• Verify accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning in CT segmentations and Surgical Plans.
• Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.
• Document all activities following prescribed methods and procedures.
• Adhere to work instructions meticulously to deliver consistent output.

Skills:
Proficiency in English Language
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites
Strong computer skills
Experience in case management
Knowledge in surgery and replacement procedures
Ability to work overtime as needed
Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language
Requirements

• Proficiency in English (Speaking and reading).
• Highly proficient and quality-focused in Pre-Operative Planning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including occasional >55 hour weeks.
