The Keller Group is supporting our Chandler based client in search of a motivated Financial Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of this company's growth and play a key role in shaping the finance department. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing valuable insights to drive strategic business decisions. This organization takes pride in their national recognition and decades of consistent growth, and are excited to continue to add to their finance team.

This position will have blended accounting and FP&A responsibilities. Individuals with accounting backgrounds looking to pivot into a finance position are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare insightful monthly reports on financial and operating results for senior leadership, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Financial Modeling: Assist in creation and development of key financial models.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, setting annual budget targets, and monitoring adherence to the financial plan.
  • Analyze: perform high level analysis and identify variances.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, assisting in board presentations and other analysis projects as required.
  • Ad hoc business case analysis as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis, with a proven ability to deliver high-level analysis.
  • Previous accounting experience/GAAP expertise and understanding.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing and standard costing preferred (not required).
  • Understanding of the interactions between 3 statements and mapping out chart of accounts to financial statement.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Previous experience with ERP systems is essential.
  • Personable, hardworking, and highly innovative, with a history of supporting senior leadership effectively.
  • Proven change leader; eager to build out a FP&A function to improve and standardize processes.
