My client is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Associate specializing in Employment, Restrictive Covenants, and Trade Secrets law for their Phoenix office. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
• Prepare and argue motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage Electronic Stored Information (ESI) discovery processes
• Provide legal counsel on matters related to employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets

Requirements:

• Preferably significant experience in employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets law
• Strong litigation background with demonstrated interest in employment law
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable institution
• Proficiency in legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Must be admitted to the Arizona Bar
