Position OverviewAs a Human Resources Generalist at Zenith Behavioral Health, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting various functions critical to our organization's success. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for data management.
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the healthcare or social services industry is preferred.
