With direction from the Managing Partner and Chief Recruitment Officer, we are looking to add a member to our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven background in sales and who can drive results and meet activity expectations. The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Center City Philadelphia and Radnor offices. Passion and energy around sourcing, networking, and building relationships to help grow our team of Financial Advisors is key in this role.
