Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team (aneshtesia provider recruting a solid plus). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as CRM, ATS, and social media to source potential candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Assist with succession planning by identifying high-potential employees within the organization
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee evaluation and performance management processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to leverage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Strong sales skills to effectively sell the organization to potential candidates
Compensation for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour with opportunity for commission on all placed medical providers. This is an in-person position.
