Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing operations within our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing department
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in nursing administration or a related role
- Strong clinical background with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in various healthcare settings such as home health, nursing homes, hospice care, or acute care
- In-depth understanding of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $115.00 per hour
