NOW HIRING: Director of Nursing (DON)
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with department heads for interdisciplinary teamwork
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Conduct regular resident assessments and care planning meetings
- Manage nursing department budget and resources
Director of Nursing Requirements:
- Current RN license in PA
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
- Experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
