Now Hiring Wellness Director

Responsibilities  Wellness Director :

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive wellness programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to ensure personalized care plans are developed and implemented effectively.
• Provide leadership and support to wellness staff, including training, supervision, and ongoing education.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines related to assisted living and wellness services.
• Foster a supportive and engaging community environment that promotes resident participation and satisfaction.

Qualifications  of  Med Tech :

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within assisted living, senior living, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of senior care regulations, best practices, and wellness initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
