Administers nursing care in an outpatient facility or clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to a registered nurse or clinic leader. Requires an associates degree bachelors preferred and certification as a licensed practical nurse. 

Highschool diploma/equivalent, valid driver's license, & BLS certification by AHA or the American Red Cross required for employment.
