The Human Resources Generalist focusing on Recruitment and Training is critical in attracting and onboarding top talent and developing and implementing training programs to support employee growth and development. This position manages the ADP Recruitment and Onboarding modules (currently in the implementation phase), conducts orientation sessions, and oversees the company's training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize the ADP Recruitment module to post job openings, manage applicant tracking, and streamline recruitment processes.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and job offers.
2. Onboarding:
• Manage the ADP Onboarding module to facilitate seamless and efficient onboarding processes.
• Ensure all new hires complete the required paperwork and training modules.
• Conduct new employee orientations and assist with integrating new hires into the company culture.
3. Training Program Management:
• Oversee the organization's training programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create training plans.
4. Training Delivery:
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, for employees at all levels.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making improvements as necessary.
5. Training Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
• Manage and update training materials, resources, and documentation.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Maintain records and documentation related to compliance efforts.
7. Reporting:
• Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment, onboarding, and training to assess effectiveness and track progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment and training.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Recruitment and Onboarding modules (or similar HR software).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
Additional Information:
• This position may require occasional travel for recruitment purposes or training delivery.
• Proficiency in additional software or tools (e.g., learning management systems) may be advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving HR technology and industry best practices.
