Cross Management Corp is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our growing team. CMC is a mid-sized Construction Company (GC) based in New York, NY. This position is located in Delaware.

The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Daily focus on job site safety
• Daily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client Representatives
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project accordingly to the schedule
• Monitor costs, such as labor time, material, containers
• Communicate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for change order work
• Must have a record of managing complex projects
• Maintenance of Daily Log

Requirements for this position include:

• 3 years minimum experience working as an assistant superintendent for GC
• High school diploma required
• Efficiently multitask
• Able to perform well under pressure
• willingness to travel upon request
• OSHA 10/30 Card
• Willing to work additional hours.
• Willing to Work 2nd Shift if required and weekends
• Carpentry skills.
• Labor Skills
• Self Motivated
• Able to work independently
• Some mechanical and electrical background a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Procore is a plus
• Able to lift 50lbs..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,943.84 - $81,824.84 per year
