If they have projects,they need done or have something break, we're ready to go on a moment's notice to help them out.

About Our Clients:

A dynamic chain of small fitness studios and gyms with a commitment to providing members with a top-quality fitness experience. We're looking for a versatile and skilled Handy Man/Technician to join our team to play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of their facilities, ensuring thier equipment and spaces are always in prime condition.

Important Role Notes:

• A minimum of 8 hours or 1 day of work per week.
• As projects present themselves, larger time commitments will be necessary for until the project is completed. For example, if a new facility is opened, you may be needed for 3 back-to-back days of moving and assembling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on gym equipment.
• Disassemble, move, and reassemble gym equipment for relocation or new facility setups.
• Undertake cleaning duties as required to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of our facilities.

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

• Carry out minor construction or renovation tasks, such as plumbing, building small changing rooms, and installing rubber flooring.
• Manage and oversee the hiring of additional help for larger projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handyman services, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of construction skills, including plumbing and carpentry, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and shift priorities as needed.
