Description

As part of the People Services (HR) team, the HRIS Analyst closely collaborates with other members of the department and company to assist in utilizing systems, technology, implementing efficient processes, and providing accurate and timely business insights to key stakeholders for Sunstate to reach it's goals and objectives. The preferred candidate has experience with UKG and Visier, has helped design and maintain HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and recruitment.

Position Requirements

  • Helps design/maintain HR system processes such as payroll, benefits, recruitment and ensures efficient operations and integrations with internal and external systems
  • Conducts and documents end user trainings as required to include manager, employee and new product roll outs. Ensures personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally using the HRIS system; instructs personnel regarding policy, procedure, and program changes
  • Ensures any HRIS technical problems are resolved in a timely manner. Acts as the first point of contact for troubleshooting any customer challenges 
  • Collaborates with the internal teams to implement system setups as needed
  • Keeps management informed and provides recommendations to establish new and more effective systems and future equipment needs. Suggests and documents HRIS procedures and changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 1 to 3 years human resources experience in a multi-state organization
  • 1 to 3 years of HRIS and project management experience
  • 1 to 3 years of report creation experience or active usage of people analytics platform 
  • Knowledge of human resources regulations involving recruiting, hiring, reporting and training
