Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Swift Restoration & Remodeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our services to prospective clients and referral sources

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial markets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, and other industry professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and exceed their expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the restoration or construction industry.
• Solid understanding of restoration and remodeling services, including water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
