The patient account representative (bilingual) will work alongside the billing team to resolve any customer billing issues, and collect money on outstanding business accounts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Providing phone and email correspondence to customers encouraging payment of delinquent accounts
· Setting up payment plans
· Identifying client-billing problems
Candidates should be organized with an impeccable eye for accuracy, provide superior and professional customer relations and exhibit excellent data entry skills. Good computer skills and at least two years of experience in a similar role are preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are vital.
