Center for Resiliency LLC is currently interviewing for a passionate and diligent administrative assistant to join our growing and thriving private practice. Currently, we are seeking a part-time (with the potential to increase to full-time), in-person administrative assistant to support our team of mental health clinicians and provide incomparable patient customer support. This means that approved candidates will work in the beautiful office space we provide and will be equipped with EHR software to document any patient communication and complete billing activities. We will also provide you with in-office equipment, inclusive of a computer and printer.

This is the ideal position for administrative assistants that love providing customer care to mental health patients.
We are looking for administrative assistants who have experience and interest in working in an outpatient mental health private practice.
Specific Requirements: Candidate must have at least 1 year experience working in an outpatient mental health private practice. Candidate must be compassionate and patient-focused. Additional qualifications include: Working knowledge of Google Workspace and EHR platform of Theranest or similar mental health EHR platform. Candidate must also be meticulous, team-player, organized, punctual, have unparalleled communication skills, and take initiative to start tasks.
Specific Responsibilities: Appointment scheduling, answering phone calls and emails from current and prospective patients, manage patient data in EHR, provide concierge case management, as needed, billing, and assist Director and clinical staff with all administrative tasks.
