Job Summary:

This role plays a crucial part in crafting and executing nationwide marketing strategies. With an eye for detail, this role will require monitoring channels to build a community of followers, enhance engagement, and start community conversations. We are seeking a proactive, creative, and innovative marketing professional who is passionate about achieving exceptional results and contributing to the organization's growth and success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce captivating content tailored for various platforms, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and brand standards.
• Curate and produce compelling content for newsletters, effectively meeting marketing goals.
• Design professional and creative PowerPoints for events such as vendor marketing campaigns, sales decks, team building, etc.
• Generate innovative ideas and pitches for content and then create, edit, and publish content on various platforms to effectively reach the target audience.
• Assist in the implementation and effectiveness of SEO and SMO strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Planning, designing, and executing company events (tradeshows, team building, etc.).
• As part of the Marketing team, work to develop new initiatives and tactics to help promote the brand and build brand awareness.
• Explore new, innovative software and technologies to assist marketing efforts such as incorporating AI.
• Maintain detailed actual and forecasted fiscal year budget for all market research and projects.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have 2 years of related, marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in creative writing, consistently developing engaging and compelling content.
• Familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience with Canva, familiarity with Adobe Cloud is a plus for graphics and video editing.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational, prioritization and analytical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
