Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

This position will assist with administration of Contract and Purchasing documentation as well as other administrative duties within the PMO (Project Management Office) Information Services Department.

Duties include:

Prepare and Process invoices for payment (Timesheet, Invoice entries, account distribution).

Filing, sorting, digital scanning and printing documents.

Setup vendors, contractors and other administrative functions.

Obtain invoice approvals/signatures from department supervisors.

Prepare monthly analysis/spreadsheets utilizing MS Excel.

Prepare meeting agendas, record/transcribe meeting minutes.

Work Quality Reviews.

Track purchasing and contract deadline dates and spend.

Enter requisition in Oracle for payment.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding status and invoice payment.

Setup and maintain Smartsheets documents.

ACH Vendor onboarding, maintenance and analysis

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
