Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet employees, answer employee inquiries and / or refer them to the appropriate person.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation and on-boarding
- Make employee badges
- I-9 entry and compliance
- Enter and modify employees in various HR systems
- Create and maintain personnel folders
- Assist with attendance policy
- Conduct interviews for various positions
- Assist HR department with data entry and collection
- Maintain manpower reports
- Maintain emergency contact list
- Provide back-up within the department and perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies procedure manuals and operating instructions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HRIS – utilization and management
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience is a must
- Ability to maintain composure under various levels of pressures, stress, and fast paced actives
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
