Volare Health is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our passionate team.

Your role would be completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department working directly with the senior leadership. Duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the HR department to help facilitate various HR functions. Here at Volare Health we support long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states. We welcome residents, their families, and our staff with warm hearts.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a knowledgeable resource in all areas of HR, including front and back office, engagement, benefits administration, payroll processing, recruitment strategies, open enrollment efforts, and more.
• Provide strategic input on recruitment needs to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Senior VP of HR, VP of HR, Workforce Planning, and benefits team to ensure efficient administration of employee benefits programs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote consistency and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in computer technology, including HRIS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Advanced computer skills, including HR software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail -oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all departments and team members seeking HR support.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and reference inquiry.
