We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

We have the network and ability to obtain wholesale and direct lending for our prospects and the lenders in our network specialize in Non-Prime and Prime Loans, primarily focused on Mortgage Refinances, HECM, Modifications, Hard Money Loans, NON QM LOANS etc

NOTE: *License is not required for all positions. Prior Mortgage Industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects who've made a previous online inquiry.
• 150 Leads Provided
• Conduct intake to submit for review.
• Relay proposal from underwriting and gather checklist of items.
• Review Package of items received for completeness.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their need

Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 10am-6pm *

$250 Bonus Per-qualified Package.
