Role Overview:

As an AlterCall Sales Closer you will be responsible for strategically qualifying, converting, and closing individuals, teams and enterprise leads who are eager and ready to engage with AlterCall's proprietary training curriculum and tools. You are a high-performing individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who can excel at cold outreach, relationship management, and converting interest into enrollment and closing new business.

Position: Sales Closer
Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Location: Remote, eventually hybrid in office a few days/week (preference for Los Angeles, CA area)

You will:

  • Complete a comprehensive onboarding and training process to fully understand our mission and services.

  • Manage pre-arranged calls within designated time windows, maximizing enrollment opportunities.

  • Maintain a rigorous schedule with availability for up to 40 calls weekly (8 scheduled per day), achieving at least a 15% conversion rate.

  • Spearhead the final stages of the sales process, ensuring a high conversion rate through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

  • Conduct follow-ups, manage client questions, and provide additional information as necessary via email.

  • Track all leads and interactions accurately, adhering to company guidelines.

  • Stay updated on AlterCall's offerings and the broader personal development landscape.

  • Attend daily team huddles and weekly training sessions to align with team goals and strategies.

You Have:

  • A proven track record as a closer in B2C sales, ideally within personal development, coaching, wellness, or similar fields.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.

  • Must be fully available, including some evenings and weekends, for client interactions.

  • Technologically adept with CRMs and basic sales management systems. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Are a “people person,” with outstanding customer service and conversational skills, and a knack for building rapport quickly.

  • A growth mindset, deep passion for personal development, and the growth of others.
