- Use various skills including Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing.
- Utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for daily tasks.
- Process expense reimbursements frequently.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Be comfortable working in a role that differs from a typical AP position.
- Be prepared to take on more customer interaction than in a typical AP role.
