As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch, and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the North Las Vegas, Nevada area and is a permanent employment.Key responsibilities- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling- Perform special projects as assigned- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Accomplish full-cycle A/P
