We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide administrative and clerical services at the corporate office in North Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to keep up with a fast paced office while assisting customers nationwide, as well as co-workers located in 5 other locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day transactions, such as preparing invoices, statements and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable aging to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Assist customers over the phone and by email, to resolve any billing issues
• Generate reports and letters to assist customers with staying current with their accounts, making phone calls as needed

Skills

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
