Full Time CDW has an excellent opportunity in Information Technology for a Help Desk Analyst / Desktop Support. This role is location onsite in Houston, TX. In this role, you will provide End User Support along with building / provisioning of new user set ups and devices.
Required expertise includes:
- 2 years of End User Computing / Help Desk Support experience
- Experience supporting Windows OS and mobile devices
- Must have experience imaging equipment and use SCCM / MECM
- Must have experience with a device management tool, such as Jamf
- Experience with Apple Enterprise Connect needed.
- Experience supporting O365 or other desktop computing applications
- Experience supporting hardware and peripherals needed (printers, keyboard, mouse)
