As the Business Development Manager for Bell Simons Company, you will manage complex customers within a specific channel focus (Strictly Mitsubishi Diamond Elite Contractors) that cross over multiple territories throughout Bell Simons 28 locations. Your primary responsibilities include executing strategies, enhancing customer relationships, progressing diamond contractors through the program and retaining their Mitsubishi business exclusively. You will collaborate with Bell Simons Vice Presidents, Managers, Territory Mangers, and Product Managers with the strategy of working closely to implement initiatives and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong understanding and experience of the distribution channel sales route to market and has direct experience in the HVAC industry, particularly with the B2B contractor model, a real plus if you the candidate has wholesale distribution or Mitsubishi HVAC experience. You will also need to be able to travel approximately 40% or 1.5-2 weeks out of the month to customer locations and branches.
This position is remote based with* the individual needs to be located in ME, MA, NH, or central CT or Northern, RI*. We are targeting a base salary of $95 - $130K with bonus and other incentives depending on level of experience.
