We are in search of a diligent Payroll Specialist to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with handling the payroll of both hourly and salaried employees, utilizing ADP and Excel extensively. Your attention to detail will be crucial in processing bi-weekly payroll, making manual entries and adjustments, and conducting payroll reconciliations. You will also be expected to work closely with program directors.Responsibilities:• Utilize ADP and Excel to process payroll for hourly and salaried employees• Ensure bi-weekly processing of payroll is done accurately and in a timely manner• Make manual entries and adjustments to the payroll as necessary• Conduct payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payments• Work with program directors to address any payroll-related issues or inquiries• Use various accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services to maintain accurate payroll records• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and other related Accounting Functions• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) related to payroll• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze payroll data• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of bi-weekly payroll
