Our organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role will be responsible for leading the HR function, overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in the automotive and injection molding sectors. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Manager, your key duties will include
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company.
  • Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 3 years, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and/or injection molding sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
