Executive Recruiter

Role summary:

The Executive Recruiter identifies, evaluates and delivers outstanding accounting and finance professionals and/or executives for leading client opportunities. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a well-developed professional network, high-level organizational skills, ability to act quickly and efficiently and a personal responsibility for success.

This role will be reporting to our beautiful Denver office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full life cycle recruiting desk by prospecting new clients and candidates.

  • Handle all communication and interview coordination in a timely and professional manner with candidates and clients.

  • Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and align with client's needs.

  • Manage recruiting assignments from candidate referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Business-to-business sales and recruiting experience is a must!

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.

  • Recruiting experience for accounting/finance is helpful, but not required.

Success Factors:

  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with prospective and current candidates and clients.

  • Proactive approach and strong multi-tasking and/or management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods, sourcing tools and strategies.

  • Client-focused along with relationship building skills.

  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

  • Integrity and confidentiality.

Our Benefits:

  • Century Group offers an excellent compensation package, including a competitive base salary and an incentive plan with unlimited earning potential. This position has a draw vs commission with a total compensation earning potential range from $100,000 to $400,000.

  • Strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision within 30-days of employment.

  • Company matching 401(k) plan, Life Insurance, Parental Leave Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO) for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees respectively, and 10 paid holidays.
