Global Water Solutions-USA LLC (GWS USA) is searching for a Customer Service Associate for its Bradenton, Florida headquarters.

GWS USA is a sister company of Global Water Solutions Ltd., a global leader in manufacturing and supply of pressure vessels, water treatment systems, and filtration components with sales in more than 100 countries. The U.S. operation focuses on sales and service to networks in the United States as well as customers in the Caribbean. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, customer service associate to join our enthusiastic and growing team! Position Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and foreign customer purchase orders from entry to invoicing in Netsuite (ERP system) and coordinate with the factory and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries

• Work with the sales team to set up new customer accounts and bring them on board

• Effectively and politely resolve customer questions and inquiries via phone calls and emails

• Stay on top of open customer issues and ensure resolution

• Manage customer receivables and follow up when past due

• Maintain database, generate reports, track orders and follow up with calls/emails

• Provide inputs on ways to improve the customer experience and support requirements

• Learn about the company’s products, applications and troubleshooting to assist customers and end users as required

• Collaborate with vendors, freight companies, product management, sales and other colleagues to provide rapid and accurate responses

• Learn the warehouse operations and layout; Backup or assist with shipping and receiving, inventory counts, or other tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in customer service, import/export, sales support, or purchasing

• Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field

• Experience working with computers, MS Office, and ERP software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an upbeat, can-do attitude

• Detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing personality with desire to provide outstanding customer support

• Keep attention to detail and ability to identify errors

• Ability to anticipate, prioritize and plan in a fast pace working environment

• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels

• Ethical conduct and maintenance of confidentiality

• Self-motivated and organized character with ability to multi-task and think proactively

• Written and spoken Spanish proficiency an added bonus

Position type:

Full time – Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm

Office-based with some flexibility as needed

Starting Salary: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience, paid semi-monthly
