What You’ll Do :
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include :
Sales Support : Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents like contracts. Design and renew sales proposals.
Client Relationship Management : Update internal databases with account information. Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
Market Research : Conduct research on prospective clients. Understand their needs and preferences.
Feedback Loops : Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Reporting : Create detailed reports on campaign results and market trends.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator or in a similar role.
Tech-Savvy : Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office) and hands-on experience with CRM software.
Marketing Insight : Familiarity with marketing / advertising campaigns.
Organization : Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Communication : Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Education : A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Analytical Mindset : Quick at analyzing complex data and risks.
Strategic Thinking : Commercial awareness regarding markets, products, and business capability.
Electro-Mechanical Passion : Understand complex motion systems and apply knowledge to drive solutions.
Basic Eligibility :
Bachelor’s Degree : In engineering or business.
Automotive Experience : 3 years in the automotive industry.
Electro-Mechanical Know-How : Experience with electro-mechanical products.
Work Authorization : Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
