Confidential is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Auburn, MI

A new DSO with a locations in Auburn Hills and W. Bloomfield is seeking an extraordinary office manager to manage all of the day to day operations of a busy general dentistry practice.

Office Manager responsibilities are:

  • Organize office operations and procedures and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage the office layout, ordering supplies and equipment when needed
  • Patient coordination and staff management
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Work together with Corporate office to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Oversee timely AR, working directly with assigned biller
  • Interview front office candidates and dental assistants
  • Organize the on-boarding process for new employees, including doctors
  • Interact with staff and doctors to receive their queries about organizational problems

Office Manager requirements are:

  • 2 years' experience of working as a Dental Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Dental Administrative Assistant position
  • Good experience with office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Good practical experience with computer software including MS office and Eaglesoft
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Dental Assisting experience with strong clinical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to problems.
  • High School degree

Experience with medicaid (all forms) is useful. We take all insurances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
