You’ll be in charge of quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how. Responsibilities:

• Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers
• Manage a team of Technicians to provide top-notch restoration service
• Implement regular training for the staff to keep current on all processes
• Inspect the job sites for safety and quality
• Estimate and write proposals for homeowners and other stakeholders
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth mitigation process for our clients and customers
• Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial
• Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if you have 3 years of experience
• 3 years of experience in the restoration industry with at least 1 year as a Mitigation Project Manager (water, mold, contents)
• IICRC - WTR is required; additional IICRC certifications are preferred
• Xactimate experience
• DASH and Encircle are preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

• $55,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, skills, and certifications
• The pay structure for this position is salary plus commission and can be very rewarding for someone who is motivated.
