Responsibilities:

• Inventory personal property
• Packing, loading & transport
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture
• Dry and wet cleaning, depending on the surface
• Deodorization (ozone, foggers, etc.)
• Identify salvageable versus non-salvageable contents
• Use established software to photograph and document all items
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
• Ensure attention to detail
• Safeguarding customer's property and information
• Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
• Support the Project Manager and lead the team in producing a high-quality, high-efficiency work product
• Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on the job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to the Project Manager
• Complete final preparations and walk-throughs with the Project Manager and the client

Qualifications:

• Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Have good physical stamina to climb ladders, and stairs, and work in varying temperatures
• Strong work ethic
• Friendly personality and the ability to work as a team
• IICRC FRST and/or CPS certification is preferred
• Ability to work longer hours if needed
• Attention to detail is aMust
• Previous personal property handling is preferred
• Able to disassembly and reassembly furniture using hand and power tools
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Display a strong work ethic, professionalism and teamwork, and a history of regular attendance at work and adherence to project schedules
