What is the position about?

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all Amsterdam job offers across five Practice Areas and varying seniority: Transformation, Advanced Analytics (Data Science and Strategy), Technology, GAIN (Education and Training), and Staff (HRM, Office Management, Marketing, etc.).
  • You lead the end-to-end recruitment process from CV screening to the final candidate assessment, providing sharp and insightful evaluations that will determine Rewire’s fit.
  • You will manage internal and external relations, becoming the point of contact for all inquiries regarding recruitment practices in Amsterdam.
  • You will assess and interview potential new talent.
  • You will partner with your DACH recruitment counterpart in Heidelberg to innovate strategies, harmonize recruitment policies, streamline processes, and implement improvements
  • You will help organizing and hosting recruitment events, setting up collaborations with student societies and come up with social media initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

  • HBO/BSc or MSc degree.
  • 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and swift adaptiveness to a changing scene.
  • A passion for people, the recruitment process and achieving a successful hiring process.
  • A social process owner with innovative ideas to drive talent acquisition to success.
