**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join our Executive Protection Security and Luxury Transportation team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
**Duties:**
- Assist with employee evaluation and set up processes
- Aid in organization design initiatives
- Set up and utilize HR and payroll systems including Quickbooks, 3rd party payrolls, Zoho, Google Drive
- Support talent acquisition, retention and termination efforts
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to dispatch jobs and collect all invoice-related information upon completion of mission
- Manage social media platforms for HR purposes
- Set up and maintain 3rd party accounts with clients, Department of Florida, Accountant, etc.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping/Administative Assistance or related administrative roles
- Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft, Google Drive, Payroll systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
- Knowledge of succession planning and talent acquisition processes
- Ability to manage social media platforms for professional purposes
This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various Bookkeeping and Administrative functions and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
