JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Resourcing Recruitment will play a crucial role in managing talent acquisition and resource allocation. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the experiential marketing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent, as well as ensuring that our projects are adequately staffed and resourced to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Resource Manager to manage the creative resourcing of the agency’s staffing for events and brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in experiential, event production, and a passion for project management & human resources. In this role you will oversee the agencies day-to-day staffing plans for the accounts, creative, production & operational teams to insures that the agency maintains a n environment where creativity can happen.
