Clutch is looking for a New Business Sales Manager for an agency client of ours.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a new business sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Prospect and qualify leads, identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media/marketing sales in an advertising or marketing agency setting.
  • Bachelor’s in business, communications, or similar.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and a data-driven approach to selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of our industries and our products/services.
