Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience on behalf of their client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
• Oversee patient support programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
• Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
• Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
• Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency, with a strong understanding of market access.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient support programs.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing.
