TITLE: Regional HR Manager

LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK or Tulsa, OK
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred

GROWING company is rapidly expanding and is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to oversee all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition to support this growth.

SUMMARY:
- Provides the full range HR support to the company’s current locations throughout OK, and parts of AR, MO, and TX as well as support their future growth in the area 
- One direct report
- Can be based out of Oklahoma City, OK or Tulsa, OK

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to travel on a consistent basis throughout OK, and parts of AR, MO, and TX
- 6 years of HR experience including broad and deep HR Generalist/HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry is highly preferred
- Strong background providing HR support to employees in multiple states
