I am representing a prominent Multifamily General Contractor in the Knoxville, TN area, dedicated to delivering top-tier construction projects that redefine urban living spaces. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, our client is expanding its team and seeking a talented Superintendent to join us and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources effectively to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
• Communicate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Enforce compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety protocols on-site.
• Manage and mentor on-site personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
