Construction Estimator Wanted!

Our client, a leading general contractor based in Sacramento , CA, is seeking a talented and experienced Construction Estimator with 5-7 years of experience working on retail and restaurant projects .

As a Recruitment Partner, we are working closely with our client to identify the right candidate for this critical role, and we're excited to bring this opportunity to you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately estimate construction costs for commercial projects.
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents.
  • Prepare detailed budgets, cost estimates and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage the estimating process from conception to completion.
  • Review and analyze subcontractor quotes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Experience with computer-aided estimating software, such as Bluebeam and Procore.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
