Superintendent- Role Overview:

As a Commercial Superintendent with the Albuquerque-based team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically within a General Contractor environment on similar projects. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Superintendent- Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in a General Contractor setting, with a proven track record of success on similar projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in ground-up and new construction projects within Healthcare, K-12, Stadiums, and Public Sector buildings.
• Possession of OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
• Strong dedication to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-end finishes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate onsite teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Superintendent- Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all onsite personnel.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet established timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
