Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new applicants through an even mixture of inbound and outbound calls. You will complete a credit application with the customer and then pass it along to a Loan Consultant. Some customer follow-up may be required.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Documenting all activity in Pheonix (iLending CRM)
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas and KPIs
- Opportunity to grow into a Loan Consultant role with six-figure earning potential.
- High School Diploma or GED | Some college preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to operate other office equipment, such as, fax/copy machine, calculator etc.
- Computer skills to include proficiency in typing
- Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multi-task ability
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
