Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Human Resources. You will work with us to implement our values and foster a culture of growth, development, and teamwork among our employees at all levels.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing our team. Additionally, you will refine and implement our team member experience, work environment, and lead the HR function to drive organizational success as we continue to grow. A successful candidate will help shape our culture strategies and professional development plans to support our growth and success.

The Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our goals and values, emphasizing employee engagement, talent acquisition, development, and retention of top talent.

2. Elevate our team member experience by working closely with practice area leaders to ensure our team members receive training, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement team member-centric initiatives.

3. Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Revamp handbooks and policies in accordance with our established core values.

4. Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract top talent to the organization, and develop strategies to enhance diversity in our workforce. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are continuously trained, while seamlessly integrated into the firm's culture and systems.

5. Implement effective performance management systems, including regular feedback, goal setting, and development plans, to maximize employee potential.

6. Manage employee relations issues professionally and proactively, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Establish a working system to acknowledge employee goals, celebrate milestones, and show employee appreciation.

7. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations as the Firm continues to expand into other cities and states. Anticipate and address future HR needs and challenges by staying informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

8. Work closely with the finance team and leadership to manage the HR budget effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.

2. Proven experience as an HR leader with a track record of implementing successful people and client experience strategies.

3. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.

7. SHRM or HRCI certification.
