Skilled Nursing Care provides skilled nursing care, long term care and post-acute rehabilitation care.

We are seeking a Human Resources Director to provide day-to-day Human Resources and Payroll administration and support to our employees and providing sound advice to management. Responsible for the direct resources activities including staff recruitment and selection, training and updating staff on company policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Expertise with MS Office Suite, Empeon, Apploi
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to collaborate for direction on processes, goals, schedules, and outcomes.
  • Must be able to work independently to contribute to achieving project goals.
