Service Technicians

Leading HVAC Company in FL is seeking highly driven, motivated and skilled HVAC Technicians and Helpers to join our team.

As an HVAC Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities :

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems according to specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience in an A / C company
• HVAC Certification is required
• EPA Type II Certification is a bonus
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
