THE OPPORTUNITY

The mission of our Global Sales Development team is two -fold: Continue to evolve our global BDR organization, aligned with Marketing and Sales, to drive quality pipeline in our target accounts, while providing an exceptional pipeline to our Sales teams.

Essential Functions:
  • Managing BDRs and ensuring the team meets and exceeds quarterly quotas and targets
  • Creating and managing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to grow business and drive
  • key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities, using Pardot,
  • Salesforce.com and other tools
  • Measuring and reporting on performance against weekly and quarterly demand goals
  • Developing all team members according to the demands of the business and their individual
  • professional goals
  • Reinforcing and driving the Sales Development charter, SLA’s, and KPI’s
  • Establishing strong relationships and interlock with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and
  • Operations; represent the BDR organization across the business
  • Meeting with Sales Directors to ensure constant alignment related to driving pipeline within each region
  • Collaborating with sales to identify targets for account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Recruiting and promoting top talent
  • Managing compensation plan aligned with corporate objectives
  • Identifying innovative ways to drive new pipeline and propose plans to improve lead quality and maximize pipeline and revenue
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance of KPIs and provide quantifiable metrics and insights through dashboards and monthly reports to share with executive management and the board of directors
  • Accelerating revenue and marketing and sales qualified lead growth via targeted, personalized email nurturing of inbound and outbound leads
  • Ensuring a good balance between outbound and inbound activities across the team
  • Assist in the creation, management, process and compliance of CRM data


Requirements:

  • 12 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years of progressive people management
  • Data and results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating) with a proven track record of driving lead growth and sales qualified leads
  • A proven track record of extensive experience leading successful sales development organizations in the B2B and SaaS market
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
  • A proven track record of consistently overachieving quotas for revenue pipeline/revenue generation
  • A proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Proven skills in MS Excel
  • Experience in campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creative testing and ROI calculations
  • Hands on experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies (Salesforce and Pardot preferred) and other tools to optimize email/phone engagement
  • Proficiency in selling methodologies: from ABM orchestration to a variety of outbound prospecting and lead qualification motions
  • An undergraduate or master’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Proven experience in B2B, Cloud Computing / SaaS and the high-tech space
  • Background as a successful individual contributor (sales development, inside sales, field sales) or business owner


Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Art/Design or related fields
  • MBA in Marketing and Strategy – preferred
